Delete my account and my data

You can do it yourself from the app in under a minute, or ask us by email if you no longer have access. It is immediate and irreversible.

From the app, in three steps

  1. 1. Open ProfileThe paw tab, bottom right.
  2. 2. Go to SettingsAt the end, under Account, you will see “Delete account”.
  3. 3. Confirm twiceWe show you what gets deleted. Once you confirm, it is removed instantly.

If you no longer have access to the app

Write to privacidad@serumeta.com from the email you signed up with, with the subject “Delete account”. We will do it within 10 business days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your email, name, career, university, devices, progress, streaks, achievements, league standings, reports and preferences.

What is kept

Payment records required by tax regulations (not linked to your identity in the app) and anonymized learning statistics that cannot identify you.

Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically when you delete your account. Cancel your Season Plan in Google Play first (Payments & subscriptions) or it will keep being charged.
